WE FINALLY GOT THERE!
AFTER two postponed weddings and several changes - we were over the moon to finally join Lauren and Carl at Merewood Country House Hotel for their wedding day.
On Saturday, June 12, the wonderful couple finally got to celebrate with friends and family after so much turmoil with other venues and everything else going on in the world - it really was a special day.

They stuck with us for their wedding flowers even though their arrangements had changed several times.
Lauren and Carl decided to go with the Dried Flower Wedding Package instead of their initial fresh flower wedding as they changed their plans to marry at the Lake District.
They previously were due to get married at Crook Hall and Gardens in 2020 but this unfortunately had to change due to Crook Hall and Gardens going into liquidation due to COVID, then plans changed to South Causey Inn in October 2020 when restrictions were put in place again, it forced them to reconsider their plans.
Lauren and Carl were the nicest people to work with throughout and we are so happy they finally got their day as planned eventually. This was our first dried wedding flower request for bridal bouquet, three buttonholes and three bridesmaid bouquets.

We worked with Lauren on colours and she was so easy going and put her trust in us to create her dream wedding flowers. Which can be kept as memories of the day for a while after the wedding too.
Dried flowers last up to one year, depending on how they are kept, it is important to note that some dried flowers are dyed and this needs to be considered when selecting colours and dried flowers for your big day.
We have created a dried flower wedding package, which was based on Lauren and carls wedding day. It’s perfect for those that have a small quantity of flowers needed and are loving the dried flower trend at the moment.
We are able to cater for bigger quantities but this can be discussed via a consultation to cater the package to you.

The photographer who took these amazing pictures of Lauren and Carl’s wedding day is called @jakdt_dnf and the pictures are stunning! And show how a dried bouquet can look just as good as a fresh flower bouquet. For all of those coffee lovers out there, Jak also has a coffee company @theyakkacoffeeco which is well worth purchasing your coffee from.
All the best and a huge congratulations to Lauren and Carl. Thank you for using us as your wedding florist!
